Location is great. And the property is amazing, lots of nature, trees and birds, it was lovely yo wake up to the birds chirping in the morning.
The rooms that we stayed over are updated, the shower was not great, nor the bathroom fixtures. They need an updated. The rooms in the main building were newly remodel and they were much better than ours. It was very hot, specially at night, AC would be a big upgrade.

Beautiful, clean. The location is perfect and peaceful. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing.
The locks didnt work properly, and the fans did not work great. They rent out a building for parties and the music was too loud but it wasnt terrible. The towels were not great either. They need better pool and bathroom towels.

On the map it looked close to Cartago. It wasn't until i booked and put it in uber did i see how far it was. I couldn't get to the hotel and had to make other hotel accommodations. I felt trapped as i couldn't get any help from customer service.

Very good value for money. Large rooms, excellent fitness
Restaurant. Not many options and rather expensive. The location is not great if you do not have a car.

There were things that we really liked like the disposition from the staff and some of the facilities like the pool and the grounds. Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere.
We just felt the rooms were not up to the standards of the price we paid. You just expect better finishes from the rooms at this price and there were functional but very basic with rough finishes. Also, some of the staff had a hard time with their own menus, and sometimes (for example breakfast) they would forget to bring a plate that was included with the meal until they were reminded of it.

The forest view
The room was dusty and full of bugs (dead and alive), the sheets and towels were dirty as well. The room smelled musty. I couldnt open the sliding door because the screen was tear. The wifi fails a lot. The breakfast could have been better in relation to the price. And I paid the Superior Room

Disappointing
The room was decent and clean
Staff wasnt helpful or kind. There was a wasp nest in the terrace door (in the room) and we were stung by them, they didnt even say sorry or do anything about it. Costumer service was very poor. The food was awful. We understand these things maybe do to staff shortage because of the pandemics but we will never go back there.
