The view was amazing and it had live peacocks, that was a highlight.
A lot of walking up and down stairs and it’s not been serviced in a while in some areas. And no hot water. Great view tho

The only thing you can enjoy here is the point of you bit there’s others places that got it !
Except the young girl who checked me in, all the staff is not made for this job ( iam a 15 years experience hotel manager). The smile is an option ( probably they we charge you ) the room was so dirty - there’s no hot water ( it’s ok I can understand but just mention it before ppl book). The non stop noise from 5pm to 4am.
Worst hotel experience. I left after one night when I was supposed to stay 4

Lovely Stay at TNT Mirador
We enjoyed two nights at TNT Mirador. A big shoutout to the staff (especially the son of the owner) for their attentive care and hospitality. The view is spectacular and a highlight of the hotel. While the food was ok, a bit more variety and creativity would make it even better. Overall, a good experience—we’d happily return!

I liked the view and the artsy decor.
I paid extra for a room with a view and TV.. They list wifi, but it didn't work in the three days we stayed, hence couldn't watch TV.
The reception staff were not helpful. At the restaurant we had to wait long for service so we had to get up to request service
Toiletries consiste of one oz bottle of liquid soap for two people. The blanket had a big tar looking stain on it. We found a dead cockroach by the bed.
The building is 6 stories high so it has MANY steps to walk up and down. Not suitable for elderly people or children.
My recommendation is to stay in a cheaper hotel and go to Taganga to watch the view at the observatory,.
I would not stay again even if they offered a free stay.

Some cool decorations and wall art.
Horrible experience. First, don’t bring heavy luggage because there’s no elevator and a lot of stairs. The staff won’t help you carry your suitcase, and there is no access for handicapped guests. The staff is rude; they even wanted to charge me for water. They said breakfast was included, but your only options are eggs or more eggs. On top of that, the staff threw a party that lasted until 4 AM, and it was loud! The pool was smaller than expected and not clean.

I like the view very much, but the staff they were rude
I didn’t like the way the staff treats you. They are rude , they didn’t even care about you when you are in the restaurant or next to the pool

I love that the property is overlooking the beautiful sea! It's a good spot for photos if you want to capture the whole beach.
The property is far from the ones at the pictures posted. It's quite old and a bit sketchy. The little villas beside the pool is dilapidated and for me it isn't safe to use. We are at the 6th floor (which have the beach view from the room) sadly the property doesn't have an elevator. If you have large and heavy suitcases, might as well ask if they have rooms available at lower levels. The water pressure in our room is so slow, the shower is barely dripping. No water heaters too incase you need a warm shower. The infinity pool is small but its okay for me if you just want to have good pictures.

Hotel installations were nice, as well as the location. Rooms were spatious and everything seemed pretty clean. The view is really nice.
Service was not the best, felt like they werent paying attention to you. Feel like the rooms should include a coffee courtesy or something, and extra blankets.
Also, breakfast was ok.

Pleasant
I love the room. There was a lot of space, Also the view was amazing.
I didn’t like the staff at all. It looks like they don’t want to be there, the food takes forever. And I even order something and 40 mins later she came to say that they didn’t have ( if it was at least 5-10 min it will be okay but 40).
The margarita doesn’t taste like margarita cause they don’t use triple sec on it. Only lemon and tequila :(
And lastly they sell a lot of day-pass so there’s a lot of noise coming from people that is not staying on the place
(Speakers shouldn’t be allowed). I didn’t use the pool- not even once- cause it was always full of day-passes.
