Wonderful
The room was always sparkling clean. The staff was incredibly kind and they were aleays ready to help :) breakfast and restaurant was good value and the handicrafts they sell are quite good.
It's the only hotel with hot watenrin san jose del guaviare and that can be very comfortable after long days.
The pool was a little bit green the last days so I didn't use it. It would be cool to enjoy the delicious restaurant on holidays

Nice stuff at the counter. They assist us with everything needed.
The lady in the restaurant wasn't so attendance. Whenever we asked for a piece of lemon in our water or small things, she wanted to charge us the extra.

The music at the pool was very loud. One day we had to ask several times for the room to be cleaned.

This is probably the best hotel in the Town. Right across the Local Airport, The Staff was extremely friendly and was happy to explain all the different tourist destinations. The room I stayed in was big and comfortable. The Restaurant in the Hotel was also outstanding with great service, if you are traveling to this part of Colombia I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The Mini Fridge was not stocked and had to go fill the water bottle in the second floor.

The breakfast was excellent, and the room was very comfortable. The staff was always very kind.
There are small details that can be improved here and there, to increase the quality of the hotel. For instance, the quality of the doors and pillows can be improved. The ongoing construction wasn't ideal as well, although once finished, the hotel will be better. The checkout was a bit slow.

Very nice swimming pool area, big rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good location close to the airport and the city center.
