It was clean, comfortable, budget price, staff was very friendly. Specially the mother of Karen and karen the owner of the place.
Check out was two hours ago earlier, however the owner Karen explained the situation. However it was a very comfortable stay.

Great location - easy walk to Playa Spratt Bight, restaurants etc. Also close to Muelle Casa de La Cultura which is the dock to go on your day trips to Johnny Cay/ Acaurio :) staff were friendly and helpful, our rooms were cleaned daily

The location and its proximity to the beach was the only positive thing about this place
This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Our room smelled of must and mould, the paint on the walls of the bathroom was bubbling and peeling off. The door to the bathroom had half broken handles and the door would get jammed. The pictures on the site do not reflect the state of the place. They have also put plastic covering that looks like a shed over the walls which is not pictured online. It looks like they are covering mould on the walls because the smell was bad. The air conditioning unit also made the air smell even more musty. I could not wait to get out of this place. I really don’t understand how this place can call itself a hotel.

Great Location. Excellent staff. Room was always kept tidy and clean after each night.
The City noise can be heard through the windows and the walls are thin to where you can hear conversations next door.

The location was very good. Walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants,etc The workers, from the manager to cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn't like the room the first night but able to change the next day. Much better for 3 of us. The rooms were bright and very clean and the beds were good. Wifi was spotty.

location
the terrible musty/moldy smell. the room behind our bed has a bad really bad water leak… the bed hides the leak but I took photos to show. the AC also leaks water into the room..
