Location. The view is incredible. Loved having a balcony. The kitchen has necessities, close to mini marts, pharmacy and restaurants. Mattress in master bedroom is comfortable. Air conditioner worked well also.
Should have been cleaner: there was still a bit of sand on the floor from prior stay; some areas like living room table and phone were super dusty; the second bedroom smelled musty; the mirror in the hallway was cracked; the door knob for the master bedroom was falling off and the stove is difficult to use. Also- please have someone ( or provide a binder with instructions and tips) for orientation. I found out there was direct access to beach area on the last day. That would have been nice to know at check in time.

The apartment was big, had nice views and is in a great location. Air conditioners and hot showers worked great. It would have been nice if breakfast was included for the price.
There was black mold on the shower walls and also in the master bedroom wall due to humidity. There was a huge miscommunication with the property owner and booking.com and the checkin date was not available until the next day due to a late checkout for the previous guests. Even though the apartment was vacant as of the night before, the housekeeper did not clean the apartment until 2:30pm despite the error. To top things off, she didn't do a thorough job of dusting and cleaning the house.

really nice apt, my favorite part was the balcony with the Amazing view. it was relaxing to hang out there during the day and hear the music from other hotels around at night.
when it was time to sleep it was a little noisy due to other hotels/ restaurants in the area.
