Very noisy

Just one day the électricity was out on the Island, and the switch was not on but the host excuse for the incident.

Very loud and directly next to the road with heavy traffic. Music blasts from neighbours all day and night long, few windows so you need artificial light which has a very uncomfortable color temperature, needs maintenance, air condition weak, owner really dishonest, recommended us a taxi service for 40000 for 5m, although we trusted her to not get taken advantage of. TV is not functional.

The wifi strength could reach better into all the rooms of the facility. But as long as we knew that the modem was in the patio, we managed to get our connections there.

WiFi was on and off, especially flimsy in rush hours (morning and afternoon), room was orginally clean however during our 4 day stay it was not cleaned (if I’m not mistaken - I do not know spanish - cleaning on demand was available, however I think it should be obvious that during 4 days at least trash bins need to be emptied). Nevertheless the stay was very pleasent and we would definitely return again.

The deposit amount had to be paid in cash and we didn’t knew so we had to go back to the center and get that money.

The electricity went out after our first day and the internet never worked again. That isn't their fault, they called the technician to come out to fix it. Before it went out it seemed to work very well.

No hot water. Freezing cold water. Very tiny room. The proximity light outside of window came on every few seconds for the entire night. Zero internet. I had to leave after the night. For almost $300 for 8 days w/o those facilities, it wasn't worth it. Initially the host was cordial, but after 9 days of not having my money refunded, I have my character insulted, slandered and had my integrity challenged. THEY did not send the refund through the proper Booking.com channels, so Booking.com refuses to do anything but apologize over and over again. In no way should a simple refund take over a week in 2022. Zero. This is tying up possible emergency money needed on a credit card, and possible interest. To be told that it's MY bank, and accepting no blame for their mistakes is even more enraging. I wasn't going to leave a negative review, but after last evening when I flat out told the host that I trusted them, she comes back screaming at me, as if I've done something on purpose to hurt her childlike feelings (typical Colombian response of horror). I WANT MY REFUND. But when I do leave a negative review, it's always backed with facts and the truth.

Very poor location. The wifi is only available near the office. It was very loud and they reused the bar soap in the bathroom.

when you book with this property they don’t show you the photos of the room you have actually booked until after you have reserved, and if you do this on a non refundable basis, as we did, and then don’t get the room you thought you were getting then it is obviously too late. the photos of our room were buried amongst the 45 of the total property. as we had no Wi-Fi we did not see our actual room until we arrived. it was tiny with only 15 cms between each bed and between the bed and the bathroom. it was also missing features that we assumed wrongly we were getting such as a safe and bedside lights. we also found that 3 new rooms were in the process of being built directly above ours which we think we should have been informed about before booking. this also meant that the back garden, which was our view, was basically a building site. so when booking at this property be very careful to ensure you get the room you want. check your emails after booking for exact details of your room.
