Nice and close to the airport. Bathrooms and rooms nice and clean. One of the cheapest places to stay on the island, and it’s good for the price.
We chose the A/C room so this is our fault, but the room was too hot (I’d recommend just booking the room with A/C). A suggestion would to put a fly screen on the window so the window can be left open at night to allow a breeze without bugs coming in. Staff are never there so it can be difficult to check-in and pay etc.

Very good value property! It’s nice and close to the airport, the main bus routes and the beach. Was nice and clean and comfortable.
The owners/host are never there so it can be difficult to check in as they aren’t particularly responsive on WhatsApp, so you may have to wait a bit.

Clean hostal nice small garden, very close to the airport 10min walk. good place for a night but make sure you know what you pay for... the staff is friendly
Got the room for 35 000 peso , very cheap price but it came with a price... The friendly staff told me for that price I have no access to the communal kitchen ?!? And no towel ( that one i didn't care, but the kitchen??!) I still used the kitchen and the staff let me have a towel...
Cell size room, almost no space for a backpack but amazing windows with view of airport and the sea...Don't know if it was just with me, but the check in process as annoying.. . The internet payment, the web checkin...I was there 10 min before check in, no one is there, at 3h15 I had to call the owner 3 time before she picked up, telling me where the key is hiding!
But over all, if it's for 1 night it's fine, just don't be in a hurry at 3pm for checkin so you can have a few hours on the beach before sunset.

The location is great, it is near the beach and economic restaurants. The water is treated, that means it does not have salt. The room is small but it was all I needed. It is safe too.
It does not have an air conditioner and the room is so hot, it does have a fan but it is not good enough for the hot weather, it was difficult to sleep deeply because the room was hot.

Location pretty good (airport, beach and restaurants in walking distance)

It was walking distance from the airport and the main drag. I appreciated that they let us lock our bags up after we checked out and before our plane left. The accommodations were simple, spare, and quite budget-friendly. They kept everything very clean and the shower had great water pressure. The staff was very kind and communicative.
If you’re expecting glamorous accommodations, this place is not for you. But if you’re a backpacker looking for simple accommodations for a night or two, this place is great.

The staff was great and very friendly, the bathrooms were always kept clean, the kitchen was well equipped.
It would be nice if they put some comfortable chairs in the common areas
