Wonderful
The friendliness and hospitality of the hosts, cleanliness of the room, the cute decor, and convenience to the airport. I had a very comfortable stay.
I think for a solo tourist with limited Spanish the location is okay if you stick to the main road alongside the airport runway, but I would be cautious about getting turned around in the lanes in the area

THERE IS NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWERS…
it is far from everything so it is impossible to do anything without táxi and it is hard on the island…

Sixta and her family were so warm and welcoming. Even though we did not speak Spanish, she made us feel at home. She was so helpful with suggestions on local restaurants, how to rent a motorbike, tours and other things to do. Having young kids with us, she was considerate to their needs and made them feel special. Sixta and her family are lovely people, and her place is kept very clean. Would definitely recommend her place and hope to come back there in the future!
Her location was a bit of a walk from the main city center, but we felt that it provided a local experience which we enjoyed and appreciated.
