The location was great! It’s right across the street from the beach and some restaurants. The host was wonderful.

The hosts were amazing! So kind and available. Communication via whatsApp was easy, and they replied promptly and kindly. The apartment was sparkling clean and the host cleaned it frequently, changing our towels and sheets 3 times during the five days we visited (which was a pleasant surprise). They even gave us a ride to the supermarket at one point and were always warm and welcoming. We always felt safe. The balcony had a fantastic view of the beach and a lovely breeze, which made stay-in dinners a plus. The AC was heavenly and so was the location. The paradise beach club, five steps from the apartment was fantastic and the food delicious. The beach was beautiful. Taking the bus to and from the city center up North was easy, fun, and cheap, but going to other places (such as West View Parque) proved challenging. After waiting 30 minutes and two buses telling us they wouldn't stop there, we quit. We thought we could walk over there but the change elevation and the intense heat made us abandon that idea too. Minimarkets are close by and easy walkable though the fresh food selection is limited. Overall we had a fantastic stay!

Everything was perfect and clean . Luzmila is a perfect hostess. The location is very calm which gives the nice relaxing feeling. Bus to the city centre is easy to catch infront of the house.

The location is perfect. We loved being across from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and a mini market (and away from downtown). Olga was amazing! She was very kind, helpful, and prompt. She had great recommendations and was available when we needed her. The AC was cold, and the beds were comfortable. Great views from the balcony, too. We can't wait to go back!

Olga is wonderful! She helped us with everything. She made great recommendations. Everything we needed she provided. We were only there for a few days, but they still did cleaning and provided extra towels. The location is very nice and quiet, which is perfect for a family. The beach across the street is quiet and beautiful.

I almost missed my connection but my son was not going to. The host said not to worry, she would be on the lookout for my son and would make sure he was OK. Wow!!! That's just how awesome she was. :-)

The hosts Luzmila and her sister Olga were amazing, the check-in process was seamless and they ensured we felt comfortable and at home. They even offered us a complimentary home made breakfast on the morning after our arrival, knowing we hadn't had time to go grocery shopping! The apartment was spacious and very clean. The location was great for us - not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of San Andres town, but within an easy 15 minute bus ride, and walking distance from San Luis beach (in my opinion among the best beaches on the island) - we could see the sea from our balcony!

Great location away from the Centro. Easy $5000 peso bus ride in. Morning sunrise and afternoon breeze. Terrific host

Excelente location in front of the beach where it’s safe to swim. Local restaurants and bars away from the downtown area. Very comfortable the only things is the shower could use a pit more pressure. Overall excellent!

Luzmila is a great host, very attentive, she and her sister tended to all our needs and requests, recommended. great price, great value for the money

Excellent location with ocean view, relaxing beach location away from the crowded beaches and plenty of eating places, mini cocktail bars opposite. Friendly and attentive host. Highly recommend. You can take a bus to central for $1

This place is just perfect for a relaxing holiday. Ms Luzmila and Ms Olga make you feel at home, they help you with everything, even to find out what you need for good prices and quality. The flats are just in front of one of the best beaches in the Island. You can catch a bus in front so you can easily go around the Island from this location ( San Luis). Great location, right in front of the beach, good breeze. Good air con. Great Big fridge. Good bed. Nice balcony. Pretty good kitchen. Needs a tea towel for the dishes. Lovely happy people downstairs

Great location in a quiet area of the island. Directly across the street from the beach and easy walking distance to several beach bars and tiendas. Luzmila and Olga were wonderful hosts.

The The staff was nothing short of FANTASTIC; they were personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. In addition, the location was ideal, access to the beaches, restaurants and clubs was great!!

We enjoyed the beach, restaurants. Quiet location and very good host.
