Beautiful freshly renovated apartment with large balcony and outdoor seating.
Private kitchen.
Responsive Staff.
Secure.
Generally quiet street.
Tiendas close by.
Spacious.
AC in bedrooms.
Kitchen could use sharpened knives and a cutting board/tabla as well as a coffee filter or cheesecloth.
Loud music at night on the weekends from neighboring buildings.
Moldy smell in bathroom.
30 minute walk from main beaches.

The apartment is big, quiet with kitchen and is cleaned very well every day.
If you rent a scooter it is great located to move around the island.
If you look for a place near the beach without moving around possibly this is not the best solution.
Host is very kind and helpful.
It gets very warm in the living room during the day and evening. In the bedroom it was really good with the AC.

Our stay was amazing. Apartment looks much better than on the pictures! It's quite stylish. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking and many plates, cups and cutterly. What definitely needs to be highlighted is cleaningness. We didn't see a single insect in the house. There is an aircon in the bedrooms. The owner is extremely kind. We were provided with everything we needed - bathroom towels, beach towels, portable water and even a shower after the check out. We could also leave our luggage till our flight and we could check in earlier. The location is good. Taxi from the airport costs 23k cop, to the city center 15k. Walk to the city center is around 30min.

First, the owner Sandra, was the most amazing person! From when she first gave me the keys, she was very hospitable. She made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed to get settled in. She even helped me go grocery shopping! She made sure I knew the neighborhood, the best places to go and how to get around. The apartment was very clean, and everything worked perfectly. She shared her food and introduced me to her family. She made me feel like a member of the family, making sure I was welcomed. This is ONLY place I would stay in San Andreas. You're not going to get this level of customer service anywhere else. The apartment is adorable and gives you that residence experience unlike staying in a hotel.
