There’s a problem with the ac in the room I’ve booked and they upgraded me to a better room.
the description of the property on booking says “ no party/events and no loud music between 10pm-8am” . On Friday evening there’s a party at the pool and the music went up to 1am. the next day I spoke to the owner and she laughed and didn’t even apologized.
the swimming pool is never clean/ready to use at the time they advertise.
A part of one lady who cleans the room , the staff is not friendly at all. Every time I had some request I felt like an intruder.

nice and clean, close to the airport, very comfortable, air condition, friendly staff, you can book tours with them, rent motorcycle and bicycles
its a bit far from the main beach and town centre,
also didn’t like that the swimming pool hours of use

Very close to airport and some planes take off quite early, but its not that the hotel personal can do something about that

Very close to downtown. 10 minutes walk. Staff is super helpful. Quiet location in good neighborhood.
We are used to a little softer mattress. It is not unbearable.
