Apartahotel Bahia Tropical has an excellent location, if you stay there you will have everything close by, such as supermarkets, stores, beach, restaurants and so many things you might need during your stay. The reception staff were great and attentive to everything we needed, in special Elezar who welcomed us from the beginning with a great attitude. If you want to stay in San Andres Island close to the beach and downtown, this place will be your best option!

The people that work there are very helpful, they are amazing.
The linens were torn, needs cleaning, the tile in the bathroom needs to be finished and there was suppose to be a shelf in the bathroom but it was missing.

Location is very good. Good for the price. They are very helpful. The beach is on good walking distance.
Only the breakfast service and choice is not the best. In de area you can find good breakfast places on walking distance. And there two Juan Valdez for delicious coffee.

The hotel is very well located, close to the beach, but far enough to be silent at night (our room was in the back). The staff is very nice and they accomodated our luggage after check out. The breakfast is selected the night before and it is delivered to your room on time.
There are not many options for breakfast, the shower is a bit weak. Sometimes we could sense a bad smell.

Location was fantastic. Beach is ~2 blocks away and the street opens up directly into the middle of the main beach. Directly across the street is a large convenience store for wine, beer, etc. Restaurants are all very close in either direction. This is the best location you can get in San Andres without being directly on the beach. Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating and let us store our luggage after check-out and accommodated our late check-in. Breakfast is selected the night before and always showed up on time. Also maybe the coldest refrigerator I have ever seen, which was amazing. The room was big and the value compared to the price was excellent. Overall an excellent experience and I highly recommend staying here.
The beds are a bit firm - not bad but could be improved. Probably not an issue unless you are a picky sleeper in terms of mattress. This did not bother us but the noise may bother light sleepers (the hotel is a street which can be a bit noisy).

Great location, in the center of town, with lots of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc., and one block from the beach. The room was comfortable, with plenty of hot water in the shower, and great AC.
I wished the hotel offered breakfast.
