The property is gorgeous, very well located, steps away from everything in the old center. It is very clean, well decorated, and you can breathe a relaxing atmosphere every time.
The staff at the hotel is gentle, nice, kind, professional and very sweet without exemptions did everything
possible to please us at every moment and they made us feel like at home. The staff was above and beyond from the reception, the kitchen, the room keepers. They were AMAZING !!!!?

Everything about this property is excellent; the rooms, staff, cleanliness. The breakfast is also excellent. The location is also great in that the area is not noisy and the staff is always there to greet you at the door and answer any question you might have. Our room had cold AC (really appreciated that). We went to a nearby beach and the staff arranged a basket and towels for us. It was the perfect stay for my wife and I.
The only small glitch is that there was no hot water. I understand this is normal within the old city. Showers were not cold, they were tolerable.

Great central location walkable to shops and restaurants and walls of historic Cartagena. Yet it is quiet and safe. Loved all the spaces including the pool, breakfast area and living spaces. Very nice and helpful staff.
Could add waste basket in the bedroom for convenience.

I dont know where to start - what a fantastic place. The location, the building and the food were all fantastic. What really makes this place special though is the staff who made us feel special for our whole stay. We had part of our honeymoon there and they helped and made a magical time. Could not recommend this place more.

The property was beautiful and the location good.
It took 15 minutes to get hot water in the bathroom. That may have been because we were the only guest and on the 3rd floor, but given the price point that was rather inconvenient.
Also the Internet went down for the last third of our stay. Not their fault, but some sort of compensation could have been offered.

Beyond the lovely facilities and perfect location (in the city centre but without the noise), attentive and professional staff, we particularly loved the breakfast setting that fosters conversation and allows you to meet new and interesting people. This led us to enjoy a marvellous day, visiting beaches on the hotel's boat Libelula (warm thanks to the captain and his assistant for a smooth ride) with fellow guests, ended by a tasty lunch and cocktails in Agua Baru.

The staff were very professional, friendly and provided excellent service, the delicious breakfast and the private/boutique nature of the hotel. Lovely building within minutes of the centre of the old town.
The room was compact but well furnished.

The staff was cordial, professional and helpful. When our ac was acting oddly, they immediately responded and fixed it. The room was lovely and spacious., The breakfast was delicious .Every morning they asked "what would you like for breakfast " which was a bit odd without know the options. The location was excellent

The staff tried to take advantage of us while trying to charge us extra fees. Pressuring us to sign documents. Pressuring us to pay afee of USD ~170 as they told us that they could not remove stains from suncream, which was a lie.

Everything was fabulous! This is a real 5-star hotel.
- Staff was amazing, nice, helpful. They pay attention to details, to what you eat and drink at breakfast
- breakfast is delicious, fruits are amazing, pancakes, French toasts… the best breakfast ever.
- rooms are spacious, quiet, clean.
- beds are great, we slept so well
- the decoration of the hotel is beautiful, it feels like home
- location is perfect: in El Centro, close to everything
