Very good location and accommodation with pool, jacuzzi and gym. Just a block away from all restaurants so this was very convenient. Best thing ever was the 2 bathrooms and 2 tvs, as one of us needed to work during the stay and this made it very comfortable to be able to have the seperate rooms and not disturb eachother. Excellent service, tv in the living didn’t work and it was replaced the next day. Also while it’s close to the bars and restaurants and above the pool, the place is soo calm and quiet - didn’t hear anything at night/morning.
The bed length and mattress - the mattress was very very soft (never slept in such a soft bed) - which is not our personal preference as we were sinking in the mattress. The bed was also very short so we had to get creative with the mattress as I am 6ft2 (188 cm) and the bed was the same size as me, for most people shorter than me this would probably still work but anyone taller than me will sleep very uncomfortably. Despite these things I still had a great night rest so I was able to accommodate both.
For a one week stay, 2 towels would have been great, but luckily we were able to wash and dry (washing liquid was provided which is great) so this is not a problem but rather a nice to have.

A very nice apartment, it looks just like the photos, it is very safe, it has a pool, a sauna bath, and the people at the entrance are very friendly, they always welcome you and open a door for you, you can go to the beach and rent a chair for only 8 dollars, (30.000 colombian pesos) Local beer 1.30 dollars (around 5000 colombian pesos)
You can also use the RAPPI app to order your food, try using INDRIVER APP, instead of Uber, indriver is half the price of Uber.
Always ask for the price and use your bargaining and negotiation skills.
Without a doubt, when I return to Cartagena to look for a place to stay, I will rent this apartment again.

Amazing views and great location (a minute away from the beach, close to the port and historical centre). Loved the pool and jacuzzi, and it was great that they had a washer + dryer.
The hosts could have provided a couple of bottles of water. Apart from that, all great!

Absolutely everything! My only regret is I didn't stay here the whole 3 weeks I was in Colombia. This apartment is very modern, very secure, has a great view, is so well appointed I can't think of anything it doesn't have, Really a lot of thought has gone into this accommodation. You name it it has it, full refrigerator w/ ice maker, filtered water, microwave, range, stovetop, all cookware, appliances, utensils, washer and dryer, a/c, wifi, 2 full baths, amazing showers, great bed, inch thick towels, etc, etc, etc
Nothing I can think of. After staying here for this price, I will no longer accept substandard accommodations. This place has set the bar very high for future places I stay at.

There was everything we needed to live comfortably for the week.
I was impressed by the provision of milk, water, bread, butter, cheeses and ham for breakfast along with fresh fruit. Also adequate crockery, glassware and many different pans, knives etc .,
Very pleasant staff who were friendly - thankfully, an English spoken member was extremely helpful.
The ‘hot’ water was only tepid. Had a problem with a faulty safe but this was dealt with promptly. The air conditioning and tv instructions were all written in Spanish - a translation would have been useful.

Of all the places I stayed in Colombia, this was the nicest place! The view is amazing, the apartment is well equipped with everything you need including eggs and food to make breakfast. The hosts were very warm and accommodating and responded very quickly. The location is great, very walkable and easy to get to the touristy places. Wifi was fast and reliable. The gym in the building and pool area is great as well!
It's a little over decorated but very comfortable and inviting. A workspace would be great for digital nomads but this is nothing to complain about. It has very comfortable furnishings
