Location, staff, housekeeping, pool, restaurant, hotel's design, all of those stuffs improve this place to the place with magic atmosphere. We loved our stay there. And especialy staff was just incredible amazing!
Shower head in the bathroom needs to be change, repaire or clean time by time, to have the exact stream which you deserve.

Breakfast was wonderful with many options with super great and friendly staff. Location was excellent very central with easy walk to everywhere. Staff was awesome.
I wish I could get a later check out but I understand this was there busy season.

The location was right in the center of the old town. Despite the noise from the street it was very quiet on the inside. The pool was beautiful, the staff were extremely kind and helpful, and we had a very peaceful stay. Breakfast was amazing! We could easily walk around and sightsee and visit all the bra and restaurants all within walking distance to the hotel. We were able to check in early as well. Loved the welcome drink on arrival!

The location was very good. it was located inside of the walled city
the bar and restaurant closed very early and there was nothing to do at the hotel after 6pm. The hotel only had 11 rooms and I wasn't aware that they charged for the mini bar .it wasn't specified. I didn't use my breakfast credit on the final day and they would not use it towards the overage of my breakfast for the previous day.?

The staff was very accommodating after having a minor issue with our room. They upgraded us to an amazing room and provided room service every morning of our stay. The location was excellent and the spa services were great!
