Location was convenient to shops and restaurants and staff was friendly The breakfast is outstanding.

The only thing I liked about the property was its location
In my opinion, the hotel does not offer good value for the price. The high ratings are quite misleading. The room had an unpleasant humidity smell, the windows couldn’t be opened, and even simple things like a hairdryer are only available upon request. Overall, it feels like a standard 3-star hotel with a basic breakfast.

Nice hotel, staff friendly and helpful, clean place, very good location, it has a 24 hrs supermarket beside the hotel many restaurants around, exchange houses, tours agency, souvenirs shop, etc. Very safe area for tourist, very good choice to stay when you travel to Cartagena

Big and clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast and amazing location.
The only problem was the noise coming from the air conditioning that the only way of stopping was turning it off.

The room was comfortable and clean. As a solo female traveler I felt really safe. Staff were very kind and helpful.
Similar to other accommodations I stayed in Colombia, the shower could be hotter. Cartagena’s hot weather makes up for it, though.

I loved the location. It had a supermarket across the street. Short taxi ride to airport and la bodeguita.. hotel was clean and well taken care of. Always smelled nice. The restaurant had good affordable food. The free breakfast was excellent. They have Netflix.the staff was kind and very professional

Location was fine. The room was clean.
First of all, this hotel is a bit overrated. Breakfast is poor, pool is extremely small.
The reception was very weird. I arrived 20 mins before the check in, they asked me to wait. I accepted and waited even though I was sure that the room was ready at 14:40. I filled up the forms and waited only for 5-6 mins at the lobby. When I returned sharp at 15:00, the receptionist checked his watch to confirm. This was really a ridiculous behavior. I was already very tired, it was like mocking me. I found it really unfriendly and unnice.
