Beautifully designed, comfortable
They double charged a menu item stating there was a room service fee. However, delivering the food to any of the outdoor areas or pool does not have the fee. This did not make sense because the room was right next to the kitchen. Why would delivering food to the room incur such a fee? Secondly, and most importantly, I was not told about this fee either during check in or at any other time.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness that this hotel provides so as the freshness of the food from breakfast to dinner. The service crew was amazing since our first day to the last.

The best part about our stay was the staff! Jose, Milady and Juan were phenomenal! they catered to all our needs, always greeted us with a smile and amazing energy. Genuinely the service for guests was impecable! thank you!!
Now speaking of the hotel itself, it's beautiful, the bedrooms very spacious and beautifully furnished! very sound proof, beds were incredible comfortable, included free water everyday, free coffee with expresso machine, bathrobes, everything! they did not miss a detail! Lastly location is perfect, everything is walking distance, beautiful streets.
It was a perfect vacation!

I had a great stay there . Just book it and don’t think about it !! Everyone was so friendly . I felt like I was home instead of a hotel . The breaks fast was good . I spent a lot of time at the swimming pool . It was a great place to be since it was too hot in Cartagena . I also want to thanks Jose Luis Rodriguez the assistant manager . He was very helpful and made my stay comfortable . I’ll stay at this hotel again when I visit Cartagena .

It was a good experience overall but it seems like they were under staffed. We were by the pool around 2 hours and nobody came to offer us anything.
Breakfast was ok. The food items were not cooked to order and the all the fritters were cold or refried. Coffee was a little cold and they only served white sugar with it. No choices. You would think that a 365.00 dollars per night hotel in Colombia would accommodate all kinds of dietary restrictions but no.
The staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and bedding was great!
