Property is MASSIVE! Lots of greenery and a peaceful environment. We got our own room in one of the houses inside the property, and the room was HUGE, and so was the bathroom. It had a fridge, a/c, TV, dining table, sofa with coffee table, and some wooden closets. Located in an affluent area within walking distance of restaurants, bars, bakeries, hair salons, pharmacies, etc. There are two malls very close by, around a 10-minute taxi ride. The staff was very friendly, always ready to help, and so was the owner.
I wanted to jump in the pool, but the water looked like it needed to get replaced; it looked kind of murky. The bed would squeak with every single slight movement we took, the cleanliness of the mattress was very questionable after our bedsheets got removed while sleeping, and I looked at it, and there were no toiletries in the bathroom—only a tiny bottle of red liquid soap. The Shower door would not shut, so water would get all over the floor outside of the shower while using it.

Fabulous old converted villa, very large, rambling place, very tastefully decorated rooms, comfortable with huge swimming pool, tennis court and lovely garden. Great neighborhood, Ciudad de Jardin is the best place in Cali to stay
The rooms while nice could do with a refreshing update, especially the bathrooms. The rooms were a bit dark and dingy, maybe just dated. It was a bit of a hassle going in/out of the villa, i suppose for security reasons.
Breakfasts could do with more variety and....... please improve the quality of the coffee! It was just awful stuff first thing in the morning......no excuses to not have excellent coffee in Colombia!

For business I stayed one week at this fabulous place. Special thanks to the staff Christina and Juliana who were taking care very well for me! The owner Hans is the absolutely unexpected in positive way - speaking spanish of course as well as english, french and german fluently and being such a nice and helpfull person! Else all is available - Spa, Pool and tennis court and just 50m away a couple of restaurants. Next stay in Cali for sure will be at this place again!

The pictures doesn’t do justice to this property, it is located in a great and safe area, many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. From 10 yards to two to three blocks away. The staff is awesome Vivi and her co worker (has a difficult name) where very attentive to all my needs and the breakfast was cooked to order and perfect!! The grounds are very beautiful and relaxing. It’s a hidden gem in Cali. Major shopping center Jardín Plaza is about a mile away. Again, the staff and the property exceeded my expectations!!! The property is very romantic and very relaxing. The AC is very cold as Cali is very hot and humid like Miami or Houston in the states.
I don’t have any complaints about the property at all.

My family and I loved the location close to shopping, great restaurants and night life. In addition, it is located in a safe area of Cali and the hotel itself is gated. Once inside it's a beautiful oasis. We stayed in 5 star hotels and this beats it!!!
Everything was beautiful, clean and secure. Only criticism coffee could have been stronger but that is my opinion. I will still go back again!!!
