Close to everything, best breakfast buffet ever in Cali (been in too many hotels in Cali, but this one is the best), nice room, very big and nice view!
Most of the staff were so friendly, but some of them not nice! I was trying to be nice with everyone, but some of them weren’t!

Nice and clean .. very good location .
I stayed from January 29 to February 1. I did the check out , 2 days before was the plan . The hotel never notified this changed to booking . I received the recipe with 5 nights instead 3 .:. To me the hotel wasn’t honest ..

Wonderful
Our room was good, spacious. The breakfast was wonderful, it was a great start to the day. They also provided a box lunch if you had a tour or had to out before the breakfast was open. Location was in a newer part and there are 2 large malls right there. Tours were picked up at the hotel and plenty of taxis and Ubers available.

Location is excellent and staff very friendly.
The hotel breakfast lacs higiene. There are mosquitos over the food, the temperature of food is not adequate, the cheese is melting, and the hot foods were cold. It is very unfortunate as the hotel has potencial. Also the hotel has beautiful delight but is not kept clean. Public spaces are dirty like the glass panels in the zarzuela area. The bathroom shower has fungus on the floor, hand towels were missing and the toiletries not replenished.

Jan 1st service was understaff.
Hotel resposability to make sure during peak days to have extra staff to be able to call to work.
Management keep coming back to the tablet to justify their lack of planning snd delay in service.

It’s a great location — there’s no need to go out shopping. With Chipichape, it feels like being at home, since you can find everything from clothing and banking to food, all in one place.
Checking in took almost 1 hour.

Disappointing
The location
Very outdated, nothing worked had to call front desk to send someone to fix things and it took forever. Poor house keeping had to ask for towels constantly because they forgot them. The exterior windows were very dirty with
cobwebs.
Here is a list of things didn’t work from the minute we stepped into the room:
Maine Phone didn’t work, had to be replaced, they took the one in the bathroom put a plate on the wall to cover the whole??
Small TV with poor picture quality no access to English Channels but one BBC, but the remote control was broken, replaced. AC, not working properly got fixed later.
Safe box broken, got reprogrammed/fixed, broke again this time they replaced the entire unit.
Breakfast offered options but poor quality.

Loved Everything about this Property!
Great Service and Staff, specifically Carolina at the front checking desk, she was professional, Knowledgeable and extremely pleasant.
The Hotel is located on the top side of Chichape Mall which has everything you need, Restaurants, stores, Cafes, Beauty salons and everything you might need.
Very good neighborhood and great atmosphere all around.
Great Security throughout the Hotel, and plenty of taxis to get around.

Location near mall
Room 525 was not up to par. We stayed three nights in this room. The shower was not functioning and we had no choice but to take baths instead as our luggage was unpacked. In addition, The inside door handle to the bathroom was broken, as well as a lightbulb out in the bathroom. The steam iron had burn stains on it and I was unable to iron my white pants.
