Wonderful
Julio, the owner, and all the staff/volunteers were lovely. The value of this place is incredible in Cali. The hostel is simple but has everything you need. Julio even took me on a walking tour around Cali. Wish I had more time to stay longer and would definitely stay again!

Our stay at the RollinKeepers House was wonderful! We would’ve loved to stay longer if we had the time. Friendly owners, fun social activities, simple but yummy breakfast, good room and bathroom, everything was clean and very lovely volunteers! Thanks Elizabetha for making our stay even better (:
The ceiling of the room was shared with the dorm next door. You could hear the other people talk. It wasn’t bad since everyone was very respectful but we felt a bit conscious talking in our room in the evenings and mornings.

Excellent location. Nice hot breakfast (with scrambled eggs) made to order with fruit, bread and fresh coffee. Friendly and helpful staff/volunteers. Very rustic (which I acknowledge is not everyone's cup of tea.)
**No hot water on the property.** Couldn't even heat it on the stove as suggested by staff because it the stove wouldn't light. No washer in the loft unit as described in the listing. There were some concerning wiring issue which remained unaddressed as of my checkout. Booking.com was no help in granting an early checkout request, rebooking the remainder of the stay, or processing a refund even though they received confirmation of the issues I described from the property directly. This place is not as advertised.

I have been in 3 different hostel in Calí, this is absolutely my favorite one, beautiful place in the heart of Cali.
Means from the city boulevard is 10min. Close to everything and comfortable.

Pleasant
The Location and the staff were very pleasant, very nice people willing to help out. the hostel is great for single travel and adventure, the owner has various activities to keep you active and entertain, including bike rental, paragliding etc,
the rooms don't really have locks, the bathroom is outside and if you want to take a shower or go to the toilet, also there is a cat for those allergic to cats. and this animal roams freely from room to room.
