The hotel itself has nice facilities, very nice rooftop with a superb view surrounded by plants.
Breakfast was good, many choices.
Some of the staff were very helpful and welcoming.
The bed was comfortable and clean.
The room was not properly clean when I arrived, I didn't even want to put my clothes in their closets. For a few days, I let everything in my bag.
The hotel seems quite new but in the room the furniture looked worn off.
The facilities (bar, pool) were closed half the time when it was supposed to be available...
The price isn't worth it if you can't even use the pool in the morning or get a drink on the rooftop in the evening.
Operating the shower is very strange.
Also they want a full copy of your credit card, it is a bit suspicious. First time in my travels they do that.
The high price for the executive suite is not justified IMO

The pool was out of service and they didn't inform before hand. Did not make any effort to compensate that.
Shower flooded the first night.
Room was noisy the second night due to a party in the vicinity.
Staff was nice but lacked training.
Breakfast was not that great.

Cups inside the room were dirty, no cleaner was there to check them. There was a lot of dampness in the walls. The room had a dampish smell.

Good location, good noise isolation, comfortable room. The waiters at breakfast were really kind.
The staff at the front desk could be more kind. We didn't know that the restaurant, bar and pool were closed before we booked. Should be noticed before.

The hotel is beautiful
The receptionist who greeted us charged $48.000 COP “tax” because I didn’t have the physical copy of my passport. I booked through booking.com and prepaid the hotel and taxes but she insisted that there was an additional tax for not having my passport. I inquired about the name of the tax and she she couldn’t tell me the specific tax…it was the strangest experience. I wonder what DIAN will think of this…I stay at hotels often in Cali and I’ve never encountered a tax for not for presenting my physical passport.

The hotel has a very modern feeling. Installations are very well designed and really impress you with the combination of design and vegetation. Breakfast is really good. They have two options that will make you happy.
Sadly the roof top has been under renovation for a very long time. I remember more than few years ago a friend took me to the roof top bar and it was amazing. They really don't know when it will be ready. If the roof top bar is not longer available, they should really at least, set a roof top garden for guests to enjoy the view and the breeze that is amazing after 3-4 in the afternoon.
