Because I don't speak much Spanish, the staff worked hard to ensure that they understood me and worked well with me. The rooms themselves were quite comfortable and it was great being and such a historic part of town.
I ordered food with beef. Although the dishes around the beef, like the mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables, we're good, the beef itself was terrible. It was filled with gristle, making it an edible. This applied not only to the filet mignon I ordered, which was not in fact a cut of filet mignon, but also to the beef found in the small savory pastries. I was charged $85,000 cop for this "filet mignon" dish and recommend that they remove all beef dishes until they can get another supplier.

Beautiful hotel with great facilities in excellent location. The breakfast was delicious, luckily they had a gym after eating their delicious breads.

I felt safe during my stay. The hotel is very clean and well positioned in the Granada Area.
The breakfast options have a large variety but the food was average. We could select anything from the menu though, so this was pretty good value for money.

The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety and authentic local flavors. The waitstaff, and all the employees in general, were very friendly.

the external building is pretty nice, and the rooms are very comfortable and nice. The restaurant service is great, has variety of food and breakfast is completely different from other hotels, local food more options and it was delicious

We booked a suite. It didn't cost much more than a regular room and it was amazing.... with a few caveats. Breakfast was first rate. The a/c (two mini splits) was great. The bathroom was super, but they could have done a better job cleaning it. The suite was enormous (a half bath in addition to the regular one???). We had several family members in the room for a cocktail and conversation and there was plenty of room.
The staff was super, throughout... front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, doorman, etc. And the Granada neighborhood below the hotel is one of the best in the city for boutique restaurants and shopping. Great taco restaurant across the street!
I'd go back there.
I couldn't get the tv to work, and i had to go down to the front desk to get help as there were no instructions to call them from the house phone. The furniture, for a high end suite, was kind of old. Nevertheless, it was comfortable. The bar at night was "meh". We drank the freebie they gave us and moved on.
It's not their fault but the sidewalks in Cali are DANGEROUS (nothing to do with the people, just the pavement) for this 75 year old guy. I don't mind it's on a hill; Cali is a hilly city. But I had to negotiate around some seriously broken concrete and steep steps to walk down the hill to Granada and I wasn't pleased.
