The breakfast was nice- fresh juice, fruit and eggs and arepa. The location is great in a nice part of Cali with many restaurants, cafes and shops.
Watch your purse. One morning during breakfast, I left my wallet in my room and someone came in a stole 100,000 pesos from me.

The room was nicely decorated, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was attentive and professional. Breakfast was good, although it was basically the same each day.
We would have liked a different option for breakfast, not the same each day. The wifi was a bit spotty. There were a couple of issues regarding prices quoted versus prices charged for a tour and for a bottle of wine that we purchased.

Absolutely everything. This hotel is a gem and with impeccable attention. The facilities of this colonial and fully renovated home are incredible. The staff starting with the owner, are all there for you. Javier, the night front desk Julio, if I am not incorrect, were attentive and super helpful. I strongly recommend this boutique and peaceful hotel with an unbeatable location

The location was perfect, really near an area with lots of restaurants, clubs and bars but a block or two off so i didn't have the noise. Local restaurants were great. I went to Restaurante Ringlette and Morada Ancestral and really liked both restaurants. The staff was great, both on my arrival and departure the times of my flights didn't mesh up with check-in and check-out times and the staff went out of their way to help me, even more than I expected. I coudldn't be happier with this hotel.

The location was great and close to everything in the area. The breakfast was a very nice touch. The room was small but comfortable. The overall stay was wonderful for the cost.
The only frustration was not being able to come and go without having to wait for a staff member to let you in to the property in the evenings.
