Great value for price, central location convenient for walking San Antonio and reaching public transport, nice rooftop, fun art and painting, great efforts to keep common spaces and bathrooms clean, helpful staff
Noisy as rooms are connected with opening high on the wall, no surfaces to put anything down in the room or bathroom

The staff were all nice
We had a private room with private bathroom. The bed was hard as a rock. The room was very hot and stuffy because there is no ventilation, the window opened to a hallway which also didn’t have fresh air. The only outlet that worked was in the bathroom, which also had 0 ventilation.

Absolutely great location in the heart of Cali. The kitchen could be a little better equipped, but there were two hotplates and you could cook anything. Nice staff and there was the possibility to take part in a salsa course for free. There is a nice terrace. The room was a bit stuffy but okay.

Wonderfully welcoming hostel in a good location. Lovely staff, great common areas on all levels, especially the roof terrace, good kitchen. Breakfast available although the price has been increased since the write up went on booking dot com. It's now 8,000 so not expensive . My dorm for 2 was very spacious.
The hostel could benefit from more WCs and showers. The mattress sagged a lot.

i stayed at the private room which was extremely comfortable!! it's with a seperate entry directly next to the main hostel-entry. room was a studio with a small kitchen, table, fan, good wifi, cold water shower, towel included, comfortable bed in the upper area. in the hostel there is a bigger kitchen with a fridge. the terrace had a hammock, couch, chairs. very chill atmosphere. friendly, helpful staff.

The facilities are very beautiful with a lot of art around them and it is actually a pretty huge hostel, which I didn't expect. It has a good kitchen and a lovely terrace. The beds are comfortable. And the location is as good as it gets.
There are no locks for the rooms or individual keys. It could be cleaner.

Wifi ok in common area. Small but good breakfast. Nice roof top common area.
Cramped dorm room with only fan. No window. No where to hang clothes or towel. Wc and shower in corner of common area! Weird since no privacy. Far away from centre and very far away from bus station. Only expensive eating around and must walk far to get cheap food.

San Antonio was a great community. Lots of places to eat , close to boulevard and to san Antonio Park. The staff was very attentive and nice, and the place was well put together.

Great staff! Everyone is so incredibly nice and helpful, I had a great time enjoying Cali with other travelers that I met here, too. Free salsa classes, lots of space for chilling out, breakfast is extra but it's very good and only 8000 cpo. Perfect location, good security, I felt very safe in the neighborhood. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay here again, I extended from 2 to 5 nights.
There was only 1 shower with hot water but I only had to wait for it twice, luckily. They need to replace the pillows, and the kitchen equipment is minimal, but these are minor details,
