The hotel has an attractive and classy appearance from outside.
The hotel rooms are barely equiped and the interiors are unattractive. Very utilitarian, lacking in warmth and color. The breakfast is very basic. The check in took a long time and was inefficient. The jacuzzi on the roof was ice cold, even though we requested that it be heated, as instructed, more than two hours in advance.

There was air, the breakfast was good and fhe shower pressure was great. The beds were comfy.

The area is great you have everything near by
I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t have employees that knew how to charge once I arrived I had reserved two rooms which I had to pay tax . I asked to charge me for the two rooms the taxes I needed to pay . The next day I was told that i was charged for one room the employee didn’t collect . I asked that’s all I owe . He replied yes there will be no issue. The day of check out again the same issue I told the receptionist that they needed to have people that know how to charge . Every time I used my card I get charged to. I really didn’t like what they were doing.

The property has near by store the mall it’s a beautiful neighborhood the rooms are very clean , the employees are very friendly.
Every time I go to Cali I stay at the Hotel but this time i didn’t like was every time they kept charging me for taxes that I paid when I did my check in and they would explain that the person who charged me didn’t me correctly. I would tell them that they needed people that are able to charge correctly because every time I used my credit i get charged for using it . My advice is make sure the person helping you is doing it correctly.
