We loved everything—the staff, breakfast, location, and cleanliness. Every employee, from the front desk to housekeeping and the kitchen staff, provided outstanding customer service. We absolutely love this hotel!
We would prefer to have an iron and ironing board available in the room, rather than needing to request them from the front desk, as well as a small microwave and a hairdryer.
Concerning our reservation, we were unable to use the room on the first night due to a flight delay, but were not allowed to cancel that night. We would appreciate a reimbursement for the unused first night.

The breakfast was great. The location was great. The servers in the restaurant were phenomenal people excellent service.
The hotel had an issue with their Wi-Fi for four days we had no Wi-Fi. I can’t understand why they couldn’t get somebody out right away to fix it for them big inconvenience. However they made an adjustment for me to offset the cost that I had expended on my personal phone to have Wi-Fi service.

The room was large, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the location and the staff was excellent.
The amenities were a bit lacking - no coffee maker or microwave in the rooms, very limited decorations, and the towels were a bit harsh.

The location was great, near to transportation, and restaurants
The light in the pool, you can barely see at night, the breakfast was supposed to be until 10:30 but they had everything cleared before 10:00, the car service is not good to go back to the airport, I would recommend to request an Uber
