Breakfast was excellent, I also loved the gym. You should probably have hand towels at the gym. I love this hotel. I would definitely stay here once again.
The party on the 9th floor was very loud.

Different Restaurants, service very amicable, good location, good size rooms.
Old, especially the shower is very old. It didn’t work well. The pool it’s too cold. Amenities are nothing special.

i love the gym as well as the room. the room was cleaned every single day... that was great! Kuddos to the cleaning lady! I was expecting a bigger room but it was okay though.

Very old, room had a lot of things that didn’t work, mini fridge was not working, shower handle loose, bathtubs very old and stained, carpets are really old. Sun beds are embarrassing, some very old metal seats, completely dirty from nature, no cleaning or umbrellas by the polo área.

Breakfast could be improved given how expensive it is. I also messaged the property more than once through the app to have breakfast added and no one got back to me resulting on having to pay extra for breakfast every day which was disappointing

The breakfast buffet was fabulous... a great start to the day and way to connect with the friends in our large group. The lobby was comfortable and inviting with lots of seating while gathering. The parking was great. The pizza restaurant was quite enjoyable and the staff was very attentive.
I would have appreciated having an ice maker in the hallway... however, the room service team was very responsive in bringing ice.

The breakfast
The whole place needs to be remodeled. The service was lacking. It was imposible to have a table cleaned for breakfast. There were so many people and just one waiter outside.
