The concierge service, the staff at the ready to assist with the elevators, the courtesy of EVERYONE in the hotel, the cleanliness of all the facilities like gym, sauna, pool. The food is outstanding. The offering at their 5 restaurants make you not need to leave the premises to eat anywhere else.
The only hiccup the have at this moment is not having enough staff to serve at their Terraza at peak times. Nonetheless their staff does their absolute best to serve and please everyone. Their captain Isaac is the most organized and pleasant I have met at that position. The servers were eager to please and happy to make any changes necessary in the orders. Did I mention the food is great?

Breakfast was excellent, I also loved the gym. You should probably have hand towels at the gym. I love this hotel. I would definitely stay here once again.

Old, especially the shower is very old. It didn’t work well. The pool it’s too cold. Amenities are nothing special.
