The staff is very helpful. When the key to the safe did not work in the first assigned room, they changed me to a better room.
The hotel does not have a washing machine, nor a body-length mirror.

Can't find something specific to mention as a plus.
Very very poor breakfast. The second day we decided to just go to a bakery to eat something.
We didn't have shampoo nor shower gel. They said it was over so we needed to buy our own.
Zero sound proof. The hotel is very old. With closes windows, and you thought that the cars were next to you.
The room door protects your from nothing. You feel very unsafe.
Not the best neighborhood to stay.
