Amazing looking in the heart of Cali . Walkable to a lot of great restaurants and nightlife in the area and great breakfast included on site every morning.
Stayed in room 905 and the WiFi doesn’t work where the bed is setup . Only works at the entrance and the small sitting area near the entrance. You should put an extender for the WiFi in the room so it works in the entire room.
Also, with the setup of the rooms there’s really no where to hang clothes or store cloths outside of keeping them in your luggage

The location is perfect, the staff very attentive, and the bed very comfortable. Good prices for the minibar products.
There was a very notorious humidity smell that was unpleasant. Also, the bathroom was a little too small.

The room was really comfortable, we had the presidential suite and it was fabulous. Fast internet, hot shower, enough space, reasonably priced minibar items and kitchen to prepare some foot ourselves. Great coffee. And great breakfast, we never experienced any rude staff like some earlier reviews. The breakfast was in the cafe next door and they were very helpful and attentive.

The breakfast was special, not a buffet but delicious options served at the table.
The location is exceptional, just 2 blocks away from the Intercontinental hotel, a key downtown location.
The neighborhood is pleasant, safe and with several good restaurants within a couple of blocks.
The room was spotless, the bed was nice and firm.

All the staff were friendly the location was nice with near by restaurants and shops. The hotel had a cool geometric décor throughout the property. It felt modern yet comfortable if that makes sense. The 2 queen beds were very comfortable. The room we had was spacious but that could have been because of the lack of a dresser or wardrobe closet. The complimentary breakfast was offered at the Turkish restaurant attached next to the hotel and we tried most of them during the week long stay and all tasted good. The staff there was also very friendly and accommodating.
There were only a couple things that we thought was a bit odd and that was there wasn't really any place to unpack your suitcase to put your clothes and the only place to hang some clothes was a bar over the counter where the coffee pot and snacks were. The other thing was the bathroom did not have any counter to put your toiletries or anyplace to hang your towel or clothes to change other then the one hook in the shower.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, very cozy vibe. It was also in a great shopping area, you can find cafes, restaurants, stores and supermarkets all in one central location surrounding the hotel. It's absolutely beautiful at nights. The lady at the front desk (carol) was very nice, very accommodating and tried her very best to ensure that we had what we needed. Even though she knows limited English she always tried her best to communicate with us using a translator which was very efficient. I liked that there were 2 restaurants at the hotel that served breakfast(included in stay), lunch and dinner.
The wifi connection was poor and the power went out a couple of nights during our stay ? we were unable to work efficiently with the wifi either being choppy on some days and completely out on some. It would be nice to have a microwave added to the room for lengthy stays.

The location was great and we were able to walk everywhere. There are lots of great restaurants and shops nearby and a breakfast restaurant right next door. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us send our laundry out for service and got it back to us in less than 12 hours! It was a bit pricey though. We paid close to $15 for 1 load. They also have a great and spacious work area on the 2nd floor. The work stations are great!
The room was very small and there wasn't much space to put our stuff. We are travelling for six months and have 4 large bags.
We appreciated the size of the bathroom and that we had hot water. This was a good spot.

Location was OK for daytime, didn't feel comfortable to walk to some other areas from there at night.
Room is a nice size, shower was good.
Taxi driver arranged by the property is excellent.
