The hotel and the amenities were great. The pool was warm. Beautiful hotel.
The food was salty and they don’t know how to make a cocktail. I let the waiter know and they said they couldn’t do nothing. I ordered a piña colada and I got a coconut smoothie with alcohol. They need to learn about customer service, they could have fixed the problem and chose not to. Was planning to stay in the future but rather not.

Everything was excellent
The security at the door kept pushing us to get the car out of the driveway while we checked in. We were a group of 7, and we were getting all the luggage out. He was very nasty to us.

I didn’t like they changed taxes because I came in with out seal from Colombia immigration. They should not added that fee. This is the only hotel in Colombia does it.

tge ac did not work, they had maintenance work on it from 11 pm to 1 am, did not fix, they did not offer to change room, afterwards next day they did not ofcer to change room or to upgrade room.

Although at the arrival , the room provided did not meet the requirements for a disable room , the manager of the hotel, provided us with a room equipped for a disable person. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.
The Hotel needs to ensure to equip the rooms for disable people as most of the room don't have the handles to hold when using the toilet. when booking online the description of the room should include details on whether the room has the facilities for a disable person. for the price of the hotel , the breakfast buffet should have more variety as the selection was limited.

It was my second time here in this hotel. I booked here simply because I knew only this hotel in the city, but this time the overall experience was not that good.
The room was extremely noising. Thin window glass is not protecting from high noise coming from the roads just below the room. Furniture is quite old and worn. Breakfast is limited and not in line with International Traveller expectations (just local food). Disrespectful guests (screaming and making noise in the corridor, at 2am) and issue not managed by hotel staff.
