Location, room and custumer service were all great. Affordable hotel in a quiet neighborhood of Cali.
The breakfast can be improved. No alternatives.

It’s modern clean and nice and comfortable bed hot shower the staff are good I have a little Spanish they have a little English and we managed light hearted welcoming I stayed here before and if I am in Cali again I will stay again

People try to be helpful despite the situation
The room was not private at all. You can hear the noise from outside and from inside. You have to wait 15 minutes to get hot water. TV was outdated didn’t have a tv control only direct tv so we had to handle the volume and on/off manually

The location was perfect. Very close to the city center and most of the tourist destinations. The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. We were travelling with a baby. The staff helped us with get warm water for the formula.
The breakfast should be improved. Options are limited and the coffee is too strong

Breakfast only until 9am with no tolerance. Towels of the room have not been clean, neither the bed sheets.

Value, you receive good quality for a very reasonable price. The staff is amazing and the breakfast very good. Patricia, Luna and Andres always very kind and ready to help.
Best value, location and breakfast is like eating at home.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast probably the best we've had in Colombia (not much but by far the most generous). Also clean and giving one the sense of being in a modern place

Clean Property. Jaidibi does an amazing job. She truly knows how to treat guest.
There is no ventilation in the bathroom. Showers pressure wasn’t good and one of the handles wasn’t working.

Breakfast was fresh, balanced & complete. The room was good value for the money. The front desk staff were very helpful with advice and providing taxi's to move around the city.
It was all very attractive and I would stay there again. It is a little out of the way, however that meant peace and quiet in the evening.
