My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff is very kind and helpful.
Although they have small bars of soap for the bathroom, there is no shampoo. Also, the room fan is a little loud.

It is really a place that I recommend, the manager/and owner is very kind and concerned about the welfare of the guests. The service staff is very friendly and courteous. The place is comfortable and the location is perfect.

The place is in an older neighbourhood with cafes around in adjacent streets. The place is comfortable inside with several places to relax in armchairs and setees. I was having to attend meetings much of my time there so didn't use these. Hosts were very welcoming. I was also there at a busy time in Cali when many hotels on booking.com cancelled peoples rooms at the last minute and hiked their prices. This place did not so I would consider them to be very trustworthy.
The room I was in was small and has no windows but as i was just needing a place to sleep i was happy with that

Lovely property, central in San Antonio so it was easy to get around to all the happenings in the area. Wonderful staff. It's at the top of my list when I return.

Casa Ruta sur exceeded all my expectations. Although I only stayed for one day, the attention from the entire staff was excellent. They were always warm and attentive to everything I needed. It's a place where you can breathe calm and feel at home!

Casa Ruta Sur goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed and comfortable, creating a vibrant atmosphere.
The staff are truly the heart of the experience. They were always available to assist with any needs, from providing directions to local attractions to offering personalized recommendations for dining and entertainment.
The accommodations were very good offering cleanliness, comfort, and a touch of personality in the room.
The garden was very beautiful, full of plants and providing perfect settings for relaxation and socializing.
Overall, I highly recommend the stay at Casa Ruta Sur.

Everyone was very friendly! The room and shared areas were beautiful with plants and couches. Great taxi and food recommendations. Also it was very peaceful at night. The hostel is a 40 minute walk from train station and in a great location, lots todo within walking distance.
