Very Poor
The place has a serious problem with noise that comes from the street. It is located in a very busy street and rooms.qre very noisy; the place ts not made to rest. In addition they didn't clean the room on of the days of our stay; when we asked why they said that they woman in charge of cleaning did not came to work that day and they did not accepted the responsibility for cleaning the room. Recall that this is a hotel and not an Airbnb

Perfect stay in Cali, extremely good value for money and the breakfast in the morning was great. The rooms and hotel is modern and well equipped. The staff are so caring and made us feel so welcome.

Wonderful
The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is simple but good, it’s in a great location for sightseeing, supermarkets, and restaurants, we felt very safe in the area.
The rooms are noisy from the street, but with good earplugs it’s ok. It would be great to have drinking water available to refill water bottles so guests don’t have to buy plastic water bottles.

Wonderful
Friendly staff, arranged early breakfast because our flight was leaving early the next day. It was a very short stayed but still pretty enjoyable as the place is beautiful. Nice pool on the terrace.

Ten location and common areas were good
Our room was small, didn’t have a window or AC only a noisy fan. We couldn’t open the suitcases unless we did it at the bed. Except for the bathroom It felt more like a hostal than a hotel

It was an overall great experience from beginning to end. I was welcomed from Kelly who let me drop my luggage ahead of time! The apartment is extremely well located to discover the Granada district full of trendy restaurants. I was welcomed with a bottle of water some grounded coffee and some plantin snacks! Many thanks for the welcome! Your place is fully equipped with new appliances to be autonomous. Wifi works perfectly in every room. There is brand new air condition in the living!
