The owner Julio is amazing. He speaks also English.
If you want to know about the environment, they will explain you in detail.
His staff is very friendly. They are all very helpful.
Whatever you need, they are always there for you.
Clean, beautiful place and safe.
Rooms and beds are comfortable.
Breakfast included.
Hot shower.
Happy place.

Very good location, nice and helping staff, cleanness. Good breakfast. The hotel is located in an old part of Cali. Walking distance to the city centre. A good choice of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Room was comfortable.
Not far from the main street so the noise could be disturbing sometimes - however it could be difficult to find a quiet place in this areas.

I did not have wifi in my room., I had to go to the lobby to work. The staff couldn’t solve the problem, I think they were just too lazy :)

Wonderful
The hotel was a great value for the location, literally right across the street from the main area of San Antonio. The owner was wonderful - very friendly and helpful with suggestions about things to do. The hotel has several nice terraces with views for relaxing also.

Great location, great room, great value. I slept so well, maybe 10 hours the first night because the bed was so comfortable and the room so quiet. The good breakfast is a great bonus. The staff were eager to assist and solved a big problem for me by doing my laundry, in house. Location is exceptional, in walking distance of countless restaurants and places of interest.

Hotel staff was very friendly, good burgers at the restaurant, good location, clean room, breakfast was tasty.
Restaurant/bar was supposed to close at 10pm, but I couldn't sleep until midnight due to noises from the bar in my room (M2).
There is no international cable tv available.
No breakfast option for early check out.
Expensive hotel charge for the transfer from the airport (90k if organised by the hotel vs 42k with uber).

The location is great. Bars, restaurants, parks and other sights are close by.
I had a single room with a private bathroom which was modernized, clean and neat.
WiFi is strong.
They offer laundry service as well.
Breakfast is offered but nothing special.
Some of the staff members were really friendly and helpful, others seemed unmotivated and not so friendly (especially in the morning serving breakfast). For example we asked to sit outside on the terrace and they refused without any reason.

The place was well located and the previous reviews promised a nice stay.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by two young guys who were laying on beanbags in front of the reception area, watching cartoons on the TV in the lobby with a full ashtray next to them. The staff checking us in were rude, offered us a clearly uncleaned room (we reserved a double room), and when we demanded a clean room, they showed us another double that also wasn't properly prepared or clean. The only clean room offered to us was a tiny single room (we were traveling as a couple). They rejected to refund us for the price difference. Adding a photo of the first room that was presented as clean (decorative pillows on a nightstand + someone's water cap on the fridge, with a clearly used bed). It is a shame, because otherwise it looked like a nice place.
