Wonderful
The atmosphere is amazing, people are always making plans, there are dance classes, and you have a great time.
On the other hand, you don't get a good night's sleep; the beds are uncomfortable and there's a lot of noise from the guests.

The salsa lessons are good quality, nice terrace, its cool to have separated wifi connections on each floor, the shared spaces look good, comfy hammocks, staff is nice and friendly, coworking space available for free with dedicated connection, bathrooms are ok, its located on a safe ara close to many interesting points, the coffee/bakery on the corner is superb and damn cheap, if you wanna workout there is San Antonio Park and Smartfit nearby is $10 a day.
The bunk beds are crazy wobbling, had to wear earplugs because the fan is loud but must stay on the entire night due to high temperature, no water filter available meaning unnecessary waste of plastic and money.
FYI walking around the hostel and the San Antonio area is super safe and connects you to the river and everything else, while walking to the other side of the highway should be avoided specially at night.

I loved the staff the guest and guest, it’s an outstanding hostel to me. The amenities were not flashy, no new sofas … but I enjoyed myself a lot, made some friendships, learned some new dance moves, when in the area I’m sure I will be back. It felt like a treehouse to me because it has an open layout and many levels to it or better put floors maybe 4 if my memory serves me correct so if you don’t like stairs (overweight) not for you.

Great staff, great people, great vibe!
They have multiple spaces and amenities whether you want to relax, get a salsa course, make-get food, etc. ...they also have a very nice co-working space with fresh air and a great view of the mountains which I enjoyed a lot.

Great location and the dance classes offered were a lot of fun. Staff is very nice.
The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. In one of the private rooms upstairs, the bed is so worn I was practically laying on the wood. Also, 11 pm quiet time on the second floor is a bit annoying when your room is on the second floor.

Very cool hostel to meet new people and enjoy the night life of Cali! Kitchen is fully equipped and large enough for everyone to cook. Bathrooms are really well cleaned!
The bunk beds could be more comfortable.

=> The staff are nice,
=> The hostel rules are impressive,
=> The Roof top view is good.
=> I booked a private room, but it was smelly—possibly because it hadn’t been used for a long time. There was no ventilation, and I felt suffocated, so I left before my final day.
=> The location seemed okay.
=> The kitchen is spacious, but all the utensils were dirty and unusable. :-(

Cheap with big shared kitchen and a couple of shared spaces
Room was so tiny could barely move with 2 people in there and the view was really horrible and gray!
Had to lug heavy backpacks up 4 flights of stairs to our room
Water in shower was really cold
Bed was tiny and uncomfortable
You could hear everyone else in the hostel as all the bedrooms are next to social spaces so didn’t sleep well because it was loud and smelt of smoke
Personally wouldn’t stay there again

I stayed at Havana Hostel Cali for 5 days and had the best time! Super clean, great location, and the vibe is amazing. Boris and the reception team offer incredible service. We went out to clubs together, there’s always something fun happening, and I made so many new friends. Best hostel in Cali, no doubt!

I really liked their facilities, they are just as they look in the photo. I liked the staff. Their attention is very cool. They are very attentive. I liked their common areas and what I loved most were their salsa and bachata dance classes, both group and private. I also liked that they put together groups to go out dancing and have a good time, in a few words, highly recommended! attention 20/10
