We absoltely loved our room as it had a balcony which looked over the pool and garden. We were served breakfast in the garden, which was loevly, and a lot of coffee! The staff were super friendly and helpful at all times.
There wasn't any hot water in our room - we told them on the first night, but then nothing happened. We also didn't insist on it as we weren't sure if we'd be staying for two or three days. We put up with it as it was such a beautiful hotel. We mention it again, so we can't say that they didn't do anything about it.
The area is OK as it's close to San Antonio and there are plenty of things close by: supermarkets, bars etc. We took taxis to and from the hotel a lot. As with most places in Cali, use your common sense.

This hotel was a little oasis in Cali. We loved the spacious room, the pool (small but good for a little dip) and most of all the friendly staff. We were also allowed to use their yoga mats and they have a small private patio, which was perfect to do some yoga in the morning. Location was good, we were able to walk to most places but got taxis in the evenings.
Nothing, would 100% recommend.

The hotel is a cosy family-run hotel, with friendly staff. The garden with the pool is a great place to refresh. Breakfast is simple but good.
The location feels safe and is close to an area with restaurants.
Maybe a few sunbeds would be nice, although they would probably take a bit too much space from the garden area.

The breakfast was great and the two women working at Casa Hotel Jardin Azul made the stay like a visit at a family member. Great location. Close to different stores and restaurants. Very clean and just all over all perfect.

Very friendly staff. The small pool was nice to come back to for a quick dip after a hot morning of sightseeing. A quick walk to the Alamedia Market.
The facility was great, but some cab drivers ( without GPS on cell phone) had a hard time finding the hotel. Uber drivers had no problem
Uber rides were very inexpensive and wait time less then 3 to 4 minutes.

I don’t think the price was fair for the room we stayed in. maybe the rooms at the back of the property looking onto the pool were nicer. Our room faced the street and we were woken by construction noise. it did not feel like a boutique hotel - not even a glass in the room to take a drink of water. and pre-ordering breakfast seemed like an unnecessary inconvenience.

The staff and their exceptional service.
Was a bit noisy at night but this isn’t the hotel’s fault as some guest can just really be noisy. Maybe quiet hours can be set up or strictly followed but apart from that everything in this place is truly beautiful and felt like home
