Excellent, friendly staff. We were well taken care off by Jorge, Milena and doña Luz. They went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. Very nice shops and restaurants close to the hotel.
It takes long time to get hot water in the shower, but it's the same in other places in Colombia too unfortunately.
