It was a nice room, Jacuzzi and location was perfect but the only thing is it needed better wifi and more channels to watch on the tv my best bet is to have your own cell phone service because you wouldn’t have any internet access

Our stay at On Apartasuites really felt like coming home in Cali!! The apartments have been recently renovated and are clean and bright, the staff is available at any moment of the day and they are all incredibly friendly and ready to answer questions and/or provide advice. Certain rooms have small balconies from which you see the mountain with the three crosses and where you can enjoy a daily morning coffee while watching parrots and hummingbrids flying in and out of the palm trees.
Nothing disappointed and staff were really incredible, from the owner to the manager, concierge, and cleaning staff. A big warm THANK YOU to everyone for making our stay amazing!

Staff were kind and helpful, breakfast was good, location was amazing. Staff cleaned the room impeccably after the first night, which was a nice surprise.
The design of the rooms — tv in a strange place so that it could not be seen from the bedroom, nor could it be seen from the couch or breakfast bar without twisting my neck. The bathroom had no ventilation, and in the morning the two drains stank until water was poured down them. The furniture and articles (towels, sheets, etc) were shabby but clean.

The hotel is wonderful, good Western standard, all the staff were extremely helpful and patient. We had a personalised breakfast in bed/on the balcony every day (you order the food you want and the time the night before at reception). Bed was confortable and cool. The AC worked perfectly, the location is walking distance to the center, the river, bars and restaurants and not too far from the bus station. The hotel felt very secure, staff kept the front gates locked but were always very quick to let us in. They helped us store our bags after checking out which demonstrates their great customer service!

Stuff very friendly, location is near to San Antonio but the street in front doesn't look very safe
The boiler in the room was very noisy at weird hours in the night and the pipe is not isolated so mosquitoes can enter from the hole in the window.

The hotel is located right in front of a major trafficked road causing an extreme level of noise throughout most of the day and late into the night. The noise was so debilitating that I felt more tired and stressed after the stay than when I moved in. Add to that street vendors shouting and nearby locals playing very loud music in the evening. Even changing to a room facing the river instead of the road made virtually no difference. The building is not isolated and the windows are not airtight, a common thing in South America, which contributed to the lack of noise protection.

The location is good - the area looks safe, lots of restaurants around.
A few problems with the hotel.
1. WiFi - my room was at the far end of the floor and the WiFi was almost not available. Sometimes I could get a weak signal, sometimes nothing at all. That means that the TV also could not show any Netflix or anything like that.
2. Breakfast. It is served in the room and is very limited (eggs, juice, coffee, bun or arepa - that's it).
3. The water sometimes was warm, not hot.
4. No elevator.

Good location in the nice El Peñon area of Cali with nice restaurants nearby. 24/7 monitored door which provides well needed security and the staff attend to the door quickly.
The breakfast is arranged the night before and served to the room, the room was fairly small.

It is a nice place to stay. Just have the necessary to a brief stay and if you just need a place to to sleep well. It's clean and the personal are very nice.
We have a little trouble with the hot water in the shower.
