Beautiful, comfortable and well located. Hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
Evelyn at the hotel restaurant is amazing!
We had two different suites, one with a terrace and spa tub and another one with a hot tub inside the room, they were both comfortable and spacious, the beds are great and the best thing is that is a small and very private boutique hotel
We will come back! 100 % recommended

I loved absolutely everything… the bed , the staff , the Terrace, the cleanliness, the pool , the decor … I could go on and on
I can’t say that I didn’t like anything at all. I wish the lunch and dinner menu had more options. That’s it

The guys at the restaurant were really nice and kind during breakfast.
The front desk does not know the surroundings which were necessary because we didn't know the city and we required a farmacy urgently.

The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is very good and the room, somewhat cramped, was clean and comfortable. The location makes it very easy to walk to restaurants and stores.
Current renovations made for a noisy atmosphere during the day, but it appears as though they should finish soon.

The experience was not good; they didn’t have a hotel service at all, not a person who would carry my bags; nobody change the sheets or vacuum the room, the bathroom shower over flooded and everything was wet even the bedroom rug, I got the best room of the hotel and it was a disaster.. they’r staff lack professional and service..
They didn’t help me with any of the issues I addressed from the very beginning; manager was not polite and helpful; there was no hotel service at all

Quiet / safe street. Nice looking hotel. I had breakfast one of the days - the food was very good. Nice looking restaurant.
Coffee they served at breakfast was warm / borderline cold. Towels in the bedroom were very cheap / old. Wifi did not work on the 5th floor.

The hotel has a very unique look which is interesting. In my particular case, it was close to where I was going to spend most of my time while in Cali. The restaurant and pools area are very cozy and beautifully designed/decorated. Breakfast was great and the other plates on the menu were very tasty. Rooms were also very clean and comfortable.
Access to the hotel is a bit tricky. The stairs at the entrance are designed such that it is hard to maneuver when rolling in with luggage.
