Quiet place. Very modern and comfortable
Jacuzzi wasn’t working. Suspicious stains on the furniture. Slow check in process, and Staff lady who guide us through the room features didn’t know how to run the app to control everything on the room..

Great location and secluded with nice landscaping. The property was clean and well kept. Automation in room with ipad simple and efficient
Pool was small with no place to lounge. The restaurant was not owned by the hotel and was unreliable with short hours and availability . No bellman for luggage

Very unique unit. Loved the layout and finishes.
The TV's are only accessible using their supplied iPad. The iPad worked good for controlling lights and shades but was not good for using the 2 tvs.

STAFF WAS NICE.
THE AIR CONDITION WAS BROKEN IN OUR ROOM AND THE AIR CONDITION WAS LEAKING OUR ENTIRE STAY, WHERE THE LEAK WAS HAPPENING MY LAPTOP WAS LAYING NEXT DOOR IT COULD HAVE BEEN DAMAGED. ON ONE OF OUR OTHER ROOMS THE HOT WATER WAS NOT WORKING AT ALL. TOWARDS THE END OF THE WEEK WE ALL SHOWERED WITH COLD WATER!! ALSO APPARENTLY ONE ROOM WAS THE SMALLER ROOM AND IT ACTUALLY WAS NOT SO BOTH ROOMS WE RECEIVED LOOKED IDENTICAL AND WE GOT CHARGED MORE FOR ONE!

The open spaciousness of the apartment was exceptional and the bed was very comfortable.
The modern technology use of an Apple Tablet for the apartments entertainment services (TV, Music, Netflix etc.) kept breaking down and had to call assistance on many occasions. We were moved from 1 apartment to a neighbouring one due to the issues above but found the second apartments outdoor jacuzzi did not function all, which was a little disappointing.
