Wonderful
The location felt safe and convenient, with good options of great restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was available upon request, which was nice. It was also very convenient that they could store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. We stayed in a studio, but the unit was spacious, and having 1.5 bathrooms made it comfortable.
Our room faced a main road, and the noise throughout nights was intense-loud enough to come through even with earplugs

This property is perfectly located in the middle of Usaquén. Great restaurants and shops steps away. This property is very clean and safe for solo travelers or groups. The staff is amazing and friendly,always willing to assist with anything.I highly recommend this property!

Good
Location is good, close to lots of restaurants and other business. Area felt safe and well lit. There were also grocery stores nearby that were convenient. The apartment was a good size and felt comfy. Housekeeping service was done daily, and the apartment felt clean every day. Reception staff were professional and friendly, always ready to help.
Apartment furniture was old and run down. No option in the TVs to stream Netflix or YouTube for the kids, only Colombian cable was available. Windows opened easily and far out, there was no protection to avoid an accident, especially if you have small kids. This is a semi tall building, with 6 floors at least.

Everything. The staff is super nice and attentive. The room gets cleaned daily. There’s a washing machine/dryer combo unit, which was super helpful during our stay. There’s 24hr security as well. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The location was amazing. There’s plenty of great restaurants and bakeries nearby.

The location was great, everybody was friendly and always someone at the frontdesk. The appartment had everything you need, in the kitchen and waschingmachine, and the shower was amazing! A few Supermarkets around, calle 109 full of restaurants and shops.

The small improvement could be done to sinks in bathrooms. They were not designed correctly with taps so water was constantly all over the countertop
