Perfectly located in Chapinero, a lot of Restaurants in walking distance
Nothing on the service and the facilities, all excellent. There was an wrong description in the room details, it was stating on the room with Double bed (title) that is has two twin beds (room description), hence we booked it under the assumption that the detailed description was right, but it wasn't as the booking went on the title of the room. Hence nothing wrong as such from the Hotel, we told them, they couldn't change for that booking, but they did for the next one we had. Hence all good on that, just making sure again with mentioning it here that the typos or wrong matching description gets changed (which the Hotel promised to do) to avoid others having the same trouble.

Everything was perfect. The personalized, caring, and attentive service at all times made me feel at home. They provided me with all kinds of amenities. Food was just amazing. Even on the day there was a power outage in the area, they quickly relocated me to another hotel with great service. I hope to return soon!!!

The hotel was very stylish with a great lobby/lounge area with a bar. Tons of interesting books to read while reclining on one of the leather couches. The room was comfortable and the hotel location is very convenient for a lot of restaurants. Also some bank ATMs are close by (good for getting some local currency!) and I felt safe when visiting them. The breakfast was really good with gluten free options.
The room was a little small and the bathroom too. But it is a minor issue. The wait staff at the Japanese restaurant onsite were not very friendly - ordering anything seemed to be a big ask.

Breakfast was delicious and there were many food options, including omelets, fresh fruit and juices (including exotic fruit), croissants and sweet baked goods. The coffee was excellent and the service was outstanding, people are very friendly and helpful without being overbearing.
