From entering tje hotel till checking out was just the best experience The breakfast is the best very good service, the coffee guy should get a raise hahaha, all in all we love staying al the SONESTA HOTEL.

When arrived was told my reservation didn’t exist - they had to make it at the front desk but had no vacancy for the last day, forcing me to find another hotel and waste time to move - when asked about the motive of no having my reservation, they said the hotel would be full loaded for that week and because of that all reservations were dropped. So they lost me as a loyal customer forever for any Sonesta in the world.

Breakfast Buffet is great, comfortable beds, staff is super friendly
