Very modern and cool apartment. Did not expect three levels and two balconies.
The hot water wasn’t always working and it came and went. The microwave didn’t seem to work either. Some of us thought the beds were very hard.

Spacious suites in a great location for us. Comfortable beds. While the kitchen had minimum of dishware and pots, pans etc., staff was able to piece together whatever else we needed. In apartment washer/dryer was a welcome luxury. Great bonus was as regular housekeeping as we needed/wanted. We've stayed at several hotels during visits to Bogota. This was by far the best value we've found to date.
