Location was ok if you wanted to stay close to Usaquen
Music specially at night at the restaurant, not appropriate for a relax dinner . Sounded more for a discotheque
Also the carpet in the room was dirty and old . It looks that the rooms need a renovation.

Location and property quality. Park setting In Bogota with access to a safe interesting neighbourhood with many restaurants.
Distance from the airport and central Bogota mean very long travel times given Bogotá’s heavy traffic

Disappointing
Decent, quiet and fairly safe neighborhood. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Location-wise is good, if you don't plan to visit the main basic touristic attractions of Bogotá.
Misleading pricing. I was charged more than the price shown on Booking.com. Only afterward did the hotel say that taxes were not included in the booking rate, which is misleading. In Colombia, any mandatory charges should be clearly disclosed upfront before booking AND all taxes must be included.
The same issue applied to breakfast: the price advertised did not match what was charged on site.
The hotel itself is decent, but the lack of pricing transparency is a dealbreaker. The final amount ended up being significantly higher than expected, and at that price it wasn’t good value for money

Great location and adequate for hotel but not sure if I would state it’s 5-star
Hotels customer support including front desk interaction was disappointing. Did not respond to my queries. Reserved a Junior Suite (King) but was provided a lower tier room at the same rate despite much lower rates online. I can understand if the room I booked is not available but how is this fair to charge for a higher tier that I did not experience.

The room was nice and the location to the staff was very nice. The neighbors is Beautiful and walking distance to restaurants and shops.
The hotel was good they do lake attention to detail room was made late and we had to remind them to leave coffee sometimes towels . The windows are not sound proof so you could hear the traffic outside even with the windows closed .

The location is great and the staff very friendly. The junior suite is spacious and nice. Is a good value The restaurant food is delicious.
The elliptical machines in the gym are really annoying and turn off in a millisecond so if you try to reverse for example you loose the program. The windows are not noise cancelling so you hear the exterior and noise from the streets at least on hour side 4 floor side street. The replenish of water and coffee in the room is not the best. We had to ask as they were not doing it but once we asked it was done. The service at the restaurant is very slow took us 1 hour to get a ceviche. It was delicious though!

The location was good. The beds were comfortable and there was hot water available. The breakfast was decent and the hotel has supermarkets and a mall nearby.
The rooms including the bathroom look a bit outdated. The first night there was some hair on my bed.

We stayed here for one short night between flights. The location is great - near a nice park and many good restaurants and bars. The concierge were very friendly and helpful. The facilities / room were good - slightly dated in a couple places, but we had no complaints. It was very quiet during the night, and we felt quite safe.

Location was excellent. Cute restaurants, market nearby. Park nearby. Beautiful view of mountains. Felt safe in that neighborhood. Also very convenient that a mall was right there next to property.

Wonderful
Good options for breakfast. Central location in a quiet area. I like the sink to be separated from the rest of the bathroom. It has a refrigerator and a coffee maker. The hotel provides water bottles daily
The room lacks sufficient outlets near the beds. I miss having a small microwave.
