Wonderful
The breakfast is excellent. The location of the hotel is close to conference centre but far from downtown (e.g. Uber to the Museo Oro is approximately 12 km). However the hotel is a short walk to Usaquen business/leisure area with shopping and restaurants, and we caught the Sunday Flea market as well, which is very nice. There is indoor swimming pool with a good length (probably around 25 m).
The room is spacious.
We initially requested a higher floor but did not get, they assigned us to 3rd floor. Several mornings starting at 5 am we smell the cooking/baking in the room. Woke us up. Not bad enough to ask for a room change though.

The hotel is in very good condition. The restaurant is nice nand has good food options. The spa is amazing and the pool is great as well.
Our mattress was very uncomfortable. Breakfast could be better.

Please! Please! Please! get rid of that ancient SAT direct TV nonsense and get streaming (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) like every other hotel on planet earth. Aside from that everything is perfect! Especially the staff. They are amazing people. Highly recommend. :)

The hotel had a perfect location for my purposes. The rooms are magnificent and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is great.
I didn't like the options and taste of the food for dinner. the room temperature was too cold, I was not able to heat it a little.

The room was very cold 63 F. when I asked about getting the heat fixed they offered a blanket. I told them it's more than staying warm when I'm in bed, so they said they would send someone. They didn't fix the room heat what they sent was a space heater that we used for a week and the highest the room temperature ever got was 68 F
Went for dinner in their restaurant and they had janitors polishing the floor with electric cords draped over the divider between the restaurant and the outside hallway. This was during the restaurant dinner hours.
They charge a 10% commision on money exchange, the Bagota airport had a much better exchange rate.
No iron or ironing board in the room
No refrigerator. They had a refrigerator drawer with some drinks, but it wasn't any different than the room temp.
The jacuzzi was out of service with no fix date known.
The pool liner was wrinkled / buckled in many places. We were guys with short hair we were told we couldn't go in the pool without a swimming cap. They don't provide them and then after a lot of discussion we were told we could swim but not to let our heads get beneath the water.
