Great location
No coffee in the room, and I didn't get any even after asking multiple times. Reception points me to the person in the breakfast area to get a coffee pouch, and the person rudely responds, "No." No hair dryer in the bathroom. Room cleaning doesn't refill toiletries (bath soap, shampoo, etc.). If the door key stops working, it takes 20 minutes to go to the front desk, get a key, and return!

Staff is really great, location very good.room was great,One thing beds are too firm for my liking the breakfast is good could use a little more variety, my stay was five days. sauna and steam room work well with small gym been there twice now and would come back ,very good value.

The location is very convenient and its nice
Its very clean, the cleaning crew does a very good job, rooms, hallways and elevator, well kept
Breakfast is good, however at times it looks very disorganized
THE NOISE: just for this reason, I could not go back to this hotel, had to check out 10 days prior the end of my stay, because the banging on doors from other rooms at night or during daytime, can be heard a mile away… way too loud, also, during my stay, the room below threw a party, excessively noisy, that lasted from 12am-4am, which tells me, there should be more control about the noise people/visitors make after midnight, I had to go to the front desk to notify it and I was not the only guest upset about this, I think after midnight one should be able to relax, this is a hotel, not a nightclub, even though the price is decent, I would not stay there again, unless, the noise situation is resolved, this really left me with a strong sense of dissatisfaction and discomfort.

Breakfast and the location were perfect
The sink was broken, the towels were old and worn out, and there was no hair dryer in the hotel. When they finally gave me one, it didn’t work and smelled like it was burning. The mattress was hard and very old, so it was difficult to get a good night’s sleep. This hotel is only okay if you’re staying one or two nights at most. The rooms with a terrace are not practical at all because there’s a spiral staircase inside the room that makes the space uncomfortable.

Location its great near to everything and the staff is friendly and helpful. Every person that works there is ready to help and they made sure we feel welcome.
This hotel wants to charge for the location. I changed room twice; stayed for 20 days and I can tell you everything was falling apart on that room. Bed is not comfortable, I heard every weekend the neighbors party with very loud music. Rooms gets very cold they don't have a heater system. I got sick of their breakfast even though is buffet, but they don't changed menu is the same every day and options are limited. I only stayed because there from desk people were amazing, they tried to help always.
