Newly presented in a chick modern setting, Lancaster House offers you the 55 most spacious and comfortable suites in town. Fully furnished, with areas from 45 to 82 square yards, also with private terraces on the second floor. Lancaster House is located in the Chicó-Navarra neighborhood, north of Bogotá, close to business and commercial centers and residential areas. It is also only 30 minutes from the International Airport. You will be able to choose from a selection of our renovated suites. 45 Junior Suites offering one room with bathroom, or 10 Master Suites with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All suites have a living room with a sofa bed, a desk, a dining room and a full kitchen. The suites are equipped with LCD televisions with Home Theater system and international Cable TV, Wi-Fi, direct dialing, mini-bar and safety box. We offer 2 restaurants: The classic atmosphere of Gatsby offers dishes of international cuisine and the eclectic atmosphere of Bistró 106 offers light dishes, daily menus and delicious cups of Colombian coffee. We also have a Bar where they prepare international cocktails and live music. * Sauna, Jacuzzi and Massages are available at an additional cost, they are not included in the room rate. * Likewise, the hotel offers transfers (airport-hotel, hotel-airport) at an additional cost, they are not complimentary. We also offer a Business Center, 7 rooms for events and conferences with capacities from 20 to 300 people, an expanded and renovated gym with cardiovascular machines, weights and a wet area. The breakfast assortiment was the same each day and if you have to be very early to get everything there is on the buffet. The coffee didn't taste good and being in Colombia where their coffee is one of the best, theirs was not good

I stayed at the hotel for adventure/ Vacation trip and was exactly what I needed. The WI-FI was fast and reliable throughout the building, and there was a proper desk in the room which I really appreciated. The hotel was very tidy and beds was surprisingly comfortable. The location is unbeatable ---only a 5 minute walk to the train station and plenty of great Coffee shops nearby. The breakfast buffet had a solid variety and opened early between hours of 0600 to 1000 am. Efficient, clean, and professional. The staff were friendly and helped us with directions and luggage. I'll be booking again for my next trip.
The GYM needs an urgent upgrade to keep up with the customer' growing demands and simultaneously elevating the hotel to a Five star status.

I didn't like that the full breakfast menu was NOT available for room service. We had to go downstairs in order to get meat options for our breakfast. This was a downer because we were celebrating our honeymoon and the morning after we wanted a nice "breakfast in bed" room service experience and we couldn't do that. So, it was a little bit of a let down especially when the room service the night before was so good. The only other issue was the shower was in a very high bathtub making it rather difficult to get in and out of the shower.

Great location along autopista Norte for access to anywhere in Bogota. Breakfast served each morning was great. Nice stay overall. Would possibly stay again.
While we had many great experiences with staff, there were many that seemed too occupied to care for the customers (that is a nice way of saying it).
