I likes almost everything , the location, the lobby; the breakfast, etc… my only complain was the bedroom that was very simple, they did have enough Spaces in the closet and the night table did not hace any storage space.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean with nice views of the city, breakfast was fabulous! I loved that it started early so we were able to have food before our flight that morning. The area around the hotel felt very safe and walkable. Gran Estacion shopping mall only being a 15 min walk. We also liked that there’s so many restaurants on the ground floor!
That the shuttle comes only every hour. Unfortunately we arrived to catch the shuttle around 1:45pm and were told to wait as the shuttle had just left. We had to wait almost a whole hour until 2:30pm for the shuttle to come get us. Would be nice if they had it run every half hour instead, especially after a long flight …

This property is located in a nice area of Bogota, and it is surrounded by great restaurants. Great shopping mall about 8 to 10-minute walk away from the hotel. The area is safe, and the people are friendly.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Edgar is awesome, he provided a great breakfast experience daily! The front desk staff is extremely helpful and resourceful. They provided a great recommendation for a private city day tour and a tour to the Zipaquira Salt Cathedral with Sergio.
My room was very clean and spacious. I love everything about my room except the pillows!
The breakfast at this property was fairly okay. I basically ate the same items each day because there was not a large variety of beef, chicken, or turkey options to choose from. They mostly offered pork.
The bed was comfy, but the pillows were extremely hard, and it took me forever to get comfortable to be able to fall asleep. Additionally, the rooms do not have microwaves in them.

Many amenities: iron, a lot of hangers, 2 chairs, 2 tables, nice bathroom. Very attentive personnel. The vicinity is quiet (but the acoustics in the hotel is not so good). Breakfast was ok.
Pillows were uncomfortable, air conditioning was pretty noisy, the door gap was high, so you could easily hear the noise in the hall.

Location was perfect for business at the Embassy. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options and the food was fresh and the staff attentive and friendly
