Disappointing
Breakfast is TERRIFIC, totally worth it and also the staff very attentive.
The room was very comfy except for the fact the bath was not very clean and the water poured was white so I had to pruchase extra water.

I come here every year for years. this time I noticed the hotel room was very run down, and dirty. I tried to call the reception multiple times throughout my stay and no answer. I also called for the bellhop at least 3 times and no answer, i had to go down myself to get help.

Close to touristic places. Big and confortable rooms.
Pretty noisy, the windows are quite thin and there are lots of big roads around. The gym is very limited.

They said i had received an upgrade i had booked a delux room with bathtub and the “upgrade room” didn’t have it, they also said the room was a smart room however didn’t have smart tv which is ridiculous, Alexa didn’t work, in overall bad experience

Room was of good size for two and the free breakfast is a bonus
There is not much provided in the room, no coffee or tea, no mug or cups. I have to request a kettle to boil water. Besides the window are not sound proofed, we are staying on 9/fl and we need ear plugs in order to get some sleep at night, there are cars racing on the street every night

Breakfasts were really good. All what I wanted and more were there.
Even do the rooms will be renovated, the BR door were V bad. The key for disposal the water of the WC were damaged and the water keeps running. I call twice and no fixed. The shower key old and V hard to close properly

The food in the new restaurant. It was so much better in the former restaurant. Would be great to recover the quality.
